Solution · Supplier base

Rebuild your supplier base from your inbox.

Most of your supplier contacts already live in email, not in a system. Glidely reads the supplier correspondence in the mailboxes you choose to connect, reconstructs your supplier base, and captures every new contact, so you stop building the list by hand. You set the scope; personal mail is not the target.

The problem

Your supplier list is in your head and your inbox.

There was never a central supplier function, so the right contacts are scattered across email threads, phones, and spreadsheets. Every new sourcing event starts by hunting for who to send it to.

"There was no procurement function before. I'm building the supplier contact list by hand."

What Glidely does

Turn years of email into a clean supplier base.

The raw material is already there. Glidely organizes it, and keeps it current.

01

Read the history

Connect Gmail or Outlook, scoped to the mailboxes you choose. Glidely reconstructs suppliers and the right contacts from past supplier threads.

02

Import the rest

Pull your existing supplier master from SAP or a CSV, and merge it in.

03

Capture new contacts

Forward a new supplier's email to Sunny and it is registered, categorized, and ready.

04

Send as yourself

RFQs go from your own mailbox, so every reply is captured back into the base.

This is the cold-start fix. A clean, categorized supplier base is what the guardrailed engine runs on, so no one can say "email is easier."

Scope and review are built in. You choose which mailboxes are connected, the target is supplier correspondence rather than personal mail, and nothing goes to a supplier without a human approving it. How data is handled: Security & data handling.

Questions

What teams ask first.

Does Glidely need access to my whole inbox?

No. You control the scope of what is connected. The goal is to read supplier correspondence, not personal mail, and a security review is part of onboarding. See Security & data handling for the details your IT team will ask about.

Is this about finding brand-new suppliers?

No. It organizes the suppliers you already work with and the contacts you already have. Discovery of unvetted suppliers is not the point.

Does it work with SAP and Outlook?

Yes. Import your supplier master from SAP or CSV, and connect Outlook or Gmail for the history and ongoing capture.

What happens to a new contact mid-deal?

Forward the email to Sunny. The contact is added and categorized, and is immediately usable in the next RFQ.
