Stop running three-bids by hand.
Your team runs hundreds of competitive bids a month. Sunny drafts each RFQ, sends it to your approved suppliers and the manufacturer direct, and returns one comparison. So every event saves money, without adding headcount.
| Supplier | Quoted | Lead time |
|---|---|---|
| Incumbent distributorcurrent supplier | $4.80 | 4 days |
| Approved distributor Bon your list | $4.35 | 6 days |
| Manufacturer (direct)LOWESTdirect from manufacturer | $3.60 | 10 days |
When bidding is manual, your team skips it.
A competitive bid takes longer than emailing the supplier you used last time. So the bid does not happen, and the savings leak, one purchase at a time.
One run, three competing quotes, on the record.
Sunny does the work that made bidding too slow to bother with.
Bid (RFQ) the core
The RFQ goes to your incumbent, a similar approved supplier, and the manufacturer direct. Quotes come back, get normalized into one comparison, and every reply is captured. No portal for suppliers to learn.
Scout (catalog) companion · available now
For standard, catalog-priced items, Sunny compares the same part across your approved catalogs and online stores and picks the lowest. No quote needed.
Because every bid stays inside your approved list, your supplier base shrinks instead of sprawling.
Lower price on every bid. Measured your way.
The savings come from real competition and from surfacing the manufacturer-direct price the distributor never showed you. Small on a single bid, large across thousands, and measured the way your finance team already does.
Existing item, re-sourced
New best quote vs. your prior price paid.
New item
Best quote vs. the average of all quotes received.
Negotiation
First quote vs. final negotiated quote.
No headcount argument
Your team runs more events, not fewer people.
What teams ask first.
If it only uses my approved list, what makes it competitive?
Three things you don't get by emailing the incumbent: a second approved supplier quoting the same spec in parallel, the manufacturer-direct price beside the distributor's, and every quote on one record. The competition was always available inside your list; it just took too long to run. Where a manufacturer doesn't sell direct, the third bid is another approved supplier instead.
How does Glidely measure the savings?
Three ways, automatically: new quote vs. prior price for existing items, best vs. average quote for new items, and first vs. final quote for negotiations. Every event produces a defensible number.
Will it add new suppliers I have to vet?
No. The RFQ goes to suppliers already on your approved list, plus the manufacturer direct. Glidely sources inside your guardrails, it does not expand them.
What about catalog items that do not need a quote?
Scout handles those: it compares the same part across your approved catalogs and online stores and returns the lowest price.
Do suppliers have to log into a portal?
No. Sunny sends from your own mailbox and captures every reply. Nothing changes for the supplier.
Run a live three-bid on your own category.
Bring one category. We'll source it across your approved suppliers and show you the comparison and the savings.
